I’m Stacia Montague, LCSW, and the founder of Healing from Within Counseling, LLC. My journey as a therapist began with a passion for helping others find peace and purpose through life’s challenges. With over 14 years of experience, I’ve worked in community-based mental health and school social work, providing intensive in-home therapy and trauma-informed support to individuals and families. My work focuses on helping clients manage trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, relationship stress, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, supportive therapy, and behavioral interventions to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe healing is a process that unfolds at your own pace. My goal is to create a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you can feel understood, build resilience, and experience meaningful change.
